  Mercedes Kent as "Delilah Rose"

Well-liked, and very personable owner of Delilah's Cafe with a dark side

Mercedes started her romance with entertainment in college managing a local New York punk band, Spit, who appeared at CBGBs and Max’s Kansas City. In addition, she created and developed Binsky’s, a weekly nightclub at Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) in Manhattan that became the most popular and successful student activity program to this day.

Mercedes later worked for many years in the music industry with such talent as Madonna, The Ramones, The Talking Heads, and received a gold record for her work with Kid & Play.  After staying home with twins, she returned to the entertainment world, managing Piermont Pictures Video since 1998. She co-hosted “Ric’s Place” with Ric Pantale on WRCR since 2003, interviewing such movie names as Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs), Sakina Jaffrey (Heroes), Didi Conn (Grease), Tom Nelson (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), Darrel Larson (Stepmom), and Ellen Kuras (Analyze That). In addition, she recently opened a vintage clothing store in Piermont, NY and was chosen to lead the Piermont Merchants Association.

She was the female lead in the Monkey’s Paw, an independent film by Ric Pantale, and also shot a pilot for a new TV program, the Serial Channel.

She is currently working on her autobiography.
